There is very little information available on Synthetic Holographic Observation. IARPA’s description of the program gives little information about Synthetic Holographic Observation or its intended use. Cooperation with private defense contractor technology allows any authorized individual access to any location.
The accusations are shocking. Phased Array Ultrasound Tactile Display allows users the ability to touch from a remote location. The Department of Defense has not commented.
